How much does therapy cost?

My current rate is $100 for for 50 minute individual sessions. I have limited availability for sliding scale appointment slots. Your fee will be confirmed during your consultation. Payment is due at the end of the session.

Can I use my insurance to cover the cost of my therapy sessions?

It depends on your insurance benefits. We will discuss your insurance benefits during consultation.

 Do you provide in-person or online Therapy?
Both. I have limited in-person slots. My office is located in New Orleans, LA. I also offer online sessions which are conducted via a secure and easy-to-use telehealth platform (similar to Zoom or Skype).

What type of clients do you see?

I provide therapy for adults who reside in Louisiana. I work from a Person Centered and strength's based  approach to assist individuals with developing the tools to conquer their life challenges and adjustments.
